I build teams
that build themselves.

Great software is a byproduct of great teams. I spend my time designing organizations, processes, and cultures where engineers own outcomes, not just tasks.

What I believe

๐Ÿค–

AI-native is a culture, not a feature

I don't add AI to teams. I help teams think in AI. Intelligent automation embedded into how we plan, build, review, and ship, not bolted on after the fact.

๐Ÿ”„

Self-organized teams outperform managed ones

My job is to create the conditions for autonomy: clear purpose, strong process, and the psychological safety to make real decisions without waiting for permission.

๐ŸŒฑ

Leadership compounds

The best thing I can do is build managers who build managers. Succession is not a backup plan. It is how engineering orgs actually scale.

โš™๏ธ

Systems beat heroics every time

I am skeptical of teams that depend on individual brilliance. I invest in resilient processes, engineering standards, and cultures of continuous improvement.

Thinking Out Loud

03

A bit about me

Fifteen years in engineering, starting as a developer and gradually becoming someone far more interested in why some teams consistently outperform others than in any particular technology. That shift shaped every decision I have made since.

Today I lead engineering at Delivery Hero, building the platforms behind customer support and operations across food delivery markets in Asia and beyond. The work that keeps me up at night is making engineering orgs genuinely AI-native, not just adopting tools, but rewiring how teams think, plan, and ship. I hold a Masters in Data Analytics from BITS Pilani. Have made Singapore my home over the years, and I am not going anywhere.

Outside work, I organise meetups connecting people across tech and leadership. I am a father of two, and when I get the chance I am somewhere in Southeast Asia climbing a mountain.

Let's talk

Thinking about AI, teams, or how engineering orgs can do better work?

I am always open to conversations about AI adoption, engineering leadership, platform transformation, or building self-organizing teams that actually last.
